Project: Bacta is the trade body which represents the interests of Britain’s amusements and high street gaming manufacturers and operators.
We support Bacta in a number of key areas. Our primary focus has been designing and supporting the development of their new customer interaction system, Bacta Portal.
During the project we developed the name, logo, brand and UX of the system, working closely with their technology partner, ISD.
Due to our background in the gambling industry, RJ Brand Design sit on the industry members’ working group for the project, to be part of the overall development of the self-exclusion and customer interaction systems, and beyond.
We also wrote and designed the Portal User Guide, redesigned Bacta’s Membership Pack, and produced promotional materials and email marketing campaigns ahead of their major trade show, EAG, at Excel in London.
We have produced a number of videos for Bacta, including social media clips, and a comprehensive user guide. At 13 minutes long, we produced the script, voiceover, on-screen graphics and video clips.
Bacta are also part of the collaboration that developed Game Payment Technology. Find out more about our involvement here.
