Green Shoots is a delivery business with a clear purpose: zero-emission vehicles, every time. From the very start of my involvement, sustainable brand identity design was at the heart of the brief — creating something that genuinely reflected their environmental values while positioning them as a credible, modern business partner for local customers and clients alike.

When Green Shoots came to me, the founder already had a basic logo in place. My brief was to use that as a foundation and develop a full brand identity that would springboard the business to the next level. That meant taking something simple and evolving it into a coherent, vibrant visual system — one that would work across every touchpoint, from social media to app interfaces to the van liveries out on the road.

Knowing that the van liveries would be one of the most powerful communications for the brand — seen daily in the communities they serve — I focused the sustainable brand identity design work on creating a simple, ownable graphic device. Something eye-catching at speed, immediately recognisable in a local area, and effective across all digital and physical channels.

Beyond the visual identity, I’ve also been working with Green Shoots on their marketing strategy. Their business model centres on serving local communities through their fleet of electric vehicles, so the marketing approach needed to work at both a B2B and B2C level. I’ve advised on and developed door drop campaigns targeting local businesses and households, as well as loyalty promotion strategies designed to reward repeat customers and encourage word-of-mouth growth.

The result is a brand that feels fresh, purposeful, and commercially smart. It communicates the environmental credentials at the core of Green Shoots’ offer without sacrificing visual appeal or professional credibility — and gives the business a clear, consistent voice across all channels.
