Project: Riviera Travel are an established travel business that specialise in escorted tours, river and ocean cruises all over the world. They are recognised as one of the UK’s leading tour operators and hold two Which! Awards.
Since June 2019, we’ve been working alongside Siân Coles and Billie Austen at Austen & Coles Partners. We were tasked to establish Riviera Travel’s brand narrative for the next exciting chapter of their growth story.
We scrutinised Riviera’s offline and online presence, and positioned the brand’s personality, tone of voice and brand story.
We supported the internal marketing team with the roll-out, and our work continued with implementation across their entire customer journey.
Key project deliverables included: brand book, product positioning, new-look content, campaigns, brochures, direct-mail, digital and customer collateral, to name but a few.
